Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is an effective non-destructive testing (NDT) method for detecting surface and near-surface cracks in ferrous materials. While MPI can identify both surface and shallow subsurface flaws, internal defects are best detected using Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Radiographic Testing (RT).
Our MPI
Level 2 training is conducted in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A guidelines. As
per these standards, trainees must complete 16 hours of training to qualify for
certification. This course includes both classroom instruction and
hands-on practical training.
