Position – Customer Support  Executive – Quality Department    Male


Experience – 0-1 year


Qualification – Masters in Food Technology / Bio – Technology / Bio- Chemistry / Microbiology or equivalent degree

                                      (Bachelors can also apply with 2 year experience in this field)



Salary – 15k  – 18k + Overtime


Job location – Ludhiana



 excellent communication skills & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.



Responsibilities –


Ø  Answer calls professionally to provide information about products 

Ø  Keep records of customer interactions ,  recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as  well as actions taken. 

Ø  Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Ø  Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Ø  Answer questions about products or the company

Ø  Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Ø  Enter and update customer information in the database

Ø  Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Ø  Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
