CSWIP 3.1 certification enables the personnel to begin their career as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and with gain in experience, the scope can be further expanded to CSWIP 3.2 which qualifies him to work as Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) in various industrial sectors.
